Enscape is a tool to optimize your design workflow. You can model in Vectorworks, and view the visualization updates in Enscape in real-time. Afterwards, the Enscape output can be used to convince customers.
The Enscape tool set is available as of Vectorworks 2021. Is your Vectorworks older than version 2021? Contact us in the Netherlands, Belgium (NL/FR), France or Poland to discuss your options.
INSTALLING ENSCAPE PLUG-IN
Close your Vectorworks software.
Download the Enscape installer for Vectorworks (Dutch / French / Polish).
Go to your downloads and double-click ‘Enscape.msi’ to open the installer.
If you don’t have all necessary plug-ins on your computer, the installer will provide a download link. Usually, this concerns the "2015 C ++" plug-in. Click the link, install the relevant plug-ins, and then click 'Next’.
Choose your language, and click ‘Install’ to start the installation.
ADDING ENSCAPE PLUG-IN TO VECTORWORKS
Open your Vectorworks software.
Go to ‘Tools/Third-party/Enscape/Add Enscape to workspace’. All Enscape tools are automatically attached to the Tool Sets palette, and grouped in the new ‘Enscape’ tool set.
This command is only visible in the active workspace. If you want to load the Enscape tools in another workspace as well, follow these steps:
Activate a new workspace via ‘Tools/Workspaces’.
Restart Vectorworks.
