Where to find your Vectorworks serial numbers is different for members of Vectorworks Service Select and non-members or students.
You are a member of Vectorworks Service Select
You have a rental license or a trial version
Go to the Vectorworks Customer Portal at customers.vectorworks.net.
Log in with your credentials. If you have forgotten your user name or password, click ‘No access to your account?’ at the bottom.
From the top, open the “Licenses” tab. This shows a list of all your active serial numbers for the current Vectorworks version. Click the black arrow next to ‘License’ to see the serial numbers for the older versions.
You are not a member of Vectorworks Service Select
You can find your serial number(s) on the registration card you received from Design Express when you purchased your license(s).
You are a student
You can find all the information about your serial number in the article ‘where can I find the serial number of my student license?’
ATTENTION
To avoid abuse, Vectorworks serial numbers are only available for contract or support managers.
