I lost my computer. Have I also lost my license?

If you have an electronic license (in which case your serial number starts with ‘E’), our support team can easily help you by deactivating that license. After that, you can reactivate Vectorworks on another computer.


If you have a license with a USB dongle (in which case your serial number starts with ‘B’), please contact our sales team in the Netherlands, Belgium (NL/FR), France or Poland to discuss the possibilities.
