On the Customer Portal of software developer Vectorworks, Inc. you can find all kinds of information about (working with) your Vectorworks.
MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT
Click on the User icon at the top right and go to "Account". On this page you can change your personal details, your e-mail address and your password.
DIFFERENT ROLES ON THE CUSTOMER PORTAL
An organization can only have 1 Owner. This role can be transferred to another user.
Administrators (Managers) are designated by the Owner or by other Administrators. They manage the organization and its members on the portal and assign available licenses to other members.
Members are part of an organization. They only see the information linked to the license(s) assigned to them.
As an Owner or Administrator, you can perform various actions on the Customer Portal to manage your organization.
On the home page, go to your organization and click "View Organization" to view or change the details about your organization and its members. The ‘Members’ tab allows you to invite new members.
If you want to assign licenses to members, go to the ‘Licenses’ tab on the Home page. Select the appropriate license and in the 'assigned to’ column, click ‘Modify’ to assign a license to a specific user.
VECTORWORKS SERVICE SELECT
If you are a member of Vectorworks Service Select, you can find information about your service contract, downloads and serial numbers on the portal. A lightning bolt refers to an active Service Select contract.
Certain parts of the portal are only available to Service Select members. This exclusive content is indicated with a diamond. Sometimes it’s just a part of a particular service, such as exclusive videos at Vectorworks University.
