A serial number is the access key to your Vectorworks. The serial number is always 4 blocks of 6 characters. The last block of 6 characters is the license number.
You can find the license number in several places:
- In the Customer Portal: In the customer portal , go to the Licenses tab.
- In your Vectorworks software: In Vectorworks, go to Tools/Options/Vectorworks Preferences. In the Vectorworks preferences, activate the Session tab. Select the “Serial Numbers…” button in the top right.
